Method
Four moves, one brief
We do not install a new analytics product. We help your team trust the signal you already collect — or decide what to stop collecting.
Lock the questions
Before touching data, we write the decisions this engagement must support. If a chart cannot change a roadmap item, it stays out of scope. Product and engineering sign the question list together.
Inspect the stream
We sample live and historical events, compare emitters to documentation, and mark volume that only exists because a debug flag never turned off. Gaps are mapped to the question list, not to a generic maturity score.
Write shared definitions
“Activated,” “retained,” and “exposed” get criteria someone can implement. Ambiguity is recorded as a limitation instead of being papered over with a pretty funnel.
Deliver the brief
You receive a short written brief, optional property dictionary, and a working session. Ownership stays with your team — we do not become a permanent reporting desk.
