Services
cloudnodes provides application analytics consulting: instrumentation reviews, funnel and retention studies, schema workshops, and experiment readiness checks. Deliverables and timelines are defined in a written scope before work begins. The website does not process payments or execute binding orders by itself.
Acceptance
Using this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Separate statements of work may add project-specific conditions; where they conflict with these Terms on engagement logistics, the statement of work prevails for that engagement.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and method descriptions remain our property. Engagement deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the statement of work, typically with a license for internal use. You may not republish our materials as your own public product without written permission.
Client responsibilities
You must provide lawful access to the analytics data and systems needed for the engagement, and ensure you have authority to share them. You remain responsible for decisions made using our briefs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on analytics briefs. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
