Last updated: 28 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid application analytics consulting engagements with cloudnodes. The website does not sell physical products or run automated checkout.
Eligibility
Refunds apply only to fees paid for scoped consulting work. Informational prices on the site are not invoices. Eligibility depends on how much work has started and whether deliverables have already been shared.
Timeframe
Refund requests must be sent in writing to hello@cloudnodes.digital within 14 days of the payment date or before the kickoff session — whichever comes first — unless the statement of work sets a different window.
Full refund
A full refund is available if we cancel the engagement, or if you cancel in writing before kickoff and before we have accessed your analytics systems or begun paid discovery.
Partial refund
If work has started but no final brief has been delivered, we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent at the rates in the statement of work, including completed workshops and draft materials.
Non-refundable items
- Completed engagements where the agreed brief or workshop has been delivered.
- Third-party costs you authorized in writing (for example specialized data extracts), once incurred.
- Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in the statement of work after kickoff.
Process
Email a refund request with your company name, invoice or receipt reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three working days and state whether a full or partial refund applies.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a kickoff or readout once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit that session’s allocated time without refund. We may reschedule for illness or access failures and will offer a new slot promptly.
Work already started
Once we have connected to your analytics environment or held a paid workshop, fees for that phase are earned. Remaining unused phases may still qualify for partial refund as described above.
Deposits and no-shows
Deposits secure a start date. Missing a scheduled session without notice may apply the deposit toward time held. Repeated no-shows may end the engagement with fees for completed work only.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law, if applicable, override conflicting clauses. Engagements that never received access to required data due to our delay may qualify for full refund of unused fees.
