Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted work, improve the site when you consent to analytics cookies, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Contract records are retained as required by Korean commercial and tax rules. Analytics cookie data, when enabled, is retained according to the tool configuration described in our Cookie Policy.

International transfers
If we use processors outside Korea (for example email or hosting), we apply contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
Client analytics data
During engagements we act as a processor or independent consultant under your instructions for application event data you provide. You remain responsible for lawful collection of that data from end users.
